Project Quality Management

The Group is able to provide Global Quality Management Support Service to clients from project concept to commissioning. We design and offer total quality management system tailor made to meet the client’s requirement. We are able to provide full team of highly skilled project managers, lead auditors, QA/QC to implement and ensure the integrity and quality of the project implementation.

A typical example is Shell/NNPC/Agip/Elf Joint Ventrue Owned Forcados Yokri Integrated Project (FYIP) where Linkso Nigeria Limited provided project support from the project office at SPDC Edjeba complex. The project office was supported by Linkso Warri branch office with the responsibility of providing local support to the QMS project team.

Project, and contract management, quality auditing and HSE specialists were integrated into the SPDC FYIP Project Management Team (PMT) to ensure continual provision of specialist advice and direction on:

  • • Review/maintenance of the PMT Quality Plan and Audit Schedule
  • • Advice on PMT quality procedures and provision of necessary procedures
  • • Technical support to the Project Document Control Center
  • • Evaluation of submitted Quality Plans/procedures/systems during tendering
  • • Assessment/realization of improvements to suppliers/contractors’ Quality Plans
  • • Preparation/maintenance of intervention and surveillance plans
  • • Quality Audit of PMT systems
  • • Quality audit of supplier/contractor’s systems
  • • Maintenance of audit and review ‘action items’ status log and reporting/expediting close-out
  • • Establishment and maintenance of project/technical changes and deviation processes.

    • Procurement Quality

    •Advise the client regarding the Construction Contractors Quality Assurance / Quality Control methodology, plans or schemes for critical systems and structures, with emphasis on process and pressure related items.

    • Undertake auditing and surveillance at the vendor’s works during the manufacturing of equipment or modules to ensure compliance with the required code, standard, or project specification. Surveillance is undertaken against the approved Project Quality plans and Can cover mechanical and electrical packages.
